After a chaotic transition into motherhood, I spent years in academia studying gender, families, and parenting. I had a deep desire to work with families one on one, so I got out of the classroom and began helping parents struggling with perinatal mood disorders feel okay again and assisting overwhelmed/exhausted families deepen resiliency to get through life's challenging moments.

I am known for bringing a blend of kindness, humour, creativity, and unwavering care in my work with clients. My practice is grounded in relational-cultural therapy, and I incorporate a variety of therapeutic modalities, including 'parts' work, narrative therapy, accelerated resolution therapy (ART), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), brainspotting, and neuroscience strategies. This diverse approach allows me to provide tailored support for your mental health needs. My commitment to supporting parents is reflected in my role as the co-founder of Canadian Perinatal Mental Health Trainings. Outside of my work, I’m known for eating cake for dinner, being a terrible speller, and singing along too loudly.
