Michelle Farrow (she/her)

Reclaiming myself following birth trauma allows me to truly understand the impact that trauma can have on every aspect of your life.  I am committed to supporting others who may be struggling with finding themselves after experiencing a traumatic event.  I use evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Trauma- Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Mindfulness Based Therapies, and Psychodynamic. If you are feeling overwhelmed, I want to assist and support you to develop a deep resiliency to get through life’s challenging moments.  I have a Masters in Counselling Psychology, with a B.A. in Police Studies. Additionally, I have advanced training as a family mediator and as a domestic violence mediator.  I love warm green tea, elephants, walking, snuggling with my fur babies, and chocolate!
